The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring manufacturing jobs are running a decoupled molding process, assisting in the design and installation of robotics, performing machine and auxiliary equipment changeovers, and transitioning new jobs from engineering into production. This position offers growth opportunities in a safe and innovative work environment.Responsibilities:

• Develop and ensure manufacturing jobs are running a decoupled molding process.
• Assist in the design and installation of robotics.
• Perform machine and auxiliary equipment changeovers.
• Assist in the transition of new jobs from engineering into production.
• Monitor press performance on close tolerance jobs.

• 1-3 years of experience as a Molding Process Technician (Preferred).
• Proficiency in English (Required).
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Fiskdale, MA 01518 before starting work (Required).
• Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
