Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

• Learn how to set up and adjust and proficiently operate the machines required to perform the assigned operations, on a variety of work requiring close tolerances and finish.
• Perform all operations in accordance with the specified guidelines and instructions, while exercising safety for oneself and others.

Working Conditions: Heavy industrial environment, including, but not limited to exposure to heat, cold, dust, dirt

Physical Requirements: Bending, lifting, and pushing weights of up to 40 pounds or more

• Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position, including heavylifting, working in extreme heat, and wearing a respirator (reasonable accommodation provided as needed)
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes
• Reliable attendance and work performance
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check
• Must be at least 18 years old

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 Year of Mfg experience Preferred
