Here, your performance has purpose.What You Will Be DoingJoin our team as a Mold Tooling Development Engineer to design and develop high-precision molds and automated tooling systems that support high-volume injection and compression molding for golf ball manufacturing. In this role, you'll collaborate with plant teams to enhance molding processes using the latest technologies and best practices. You'll lead the design of complex mold components, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement across operations. From SolidWorks EPDM administration to advanced analysis like FEA and mold flow, you'll play a key role in shaping innovative, efficient, and scalable tooling solutions.What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, Tooling Design, Polymer Science, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in tooling development and design
• Extensive experience with compression and injection mold design
• Strong 3D solid modeling and surfacing skills SolidWorks required
• High mechanical aptitude, especially in mold/tooling design and automation integration
• Proficient in SolidWorks and EPDM
• Experience with mold flow and FEA simulation tools
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
• Understanding of injection/compression molding principles and materials science
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Effective in both team settings and independent work
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Experience with design for manufacturing and tooling concept development
• Ability to move between locations using a personal vehicle
• Frequent work in manufacturing or machine shop environments
• Must be able to lift, climb, and work in/around equipment
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for installations and support
