Job Title: Facilities Mobile Security 3

Scheduled Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM & Friday 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Job Overview: The Facilities Mobile Security 3 is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure working environment for their assigned shift. Facilities Mobile Security 3 will work directly under the assigned Facilities Security Supervisor to report any potential security threats by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance, and inspecting buildings. In addition, the rover will assist in all other areas when directed by the Facilities Security Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol / inspect premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
• Secure all exits and bay doors, cover bay doors as needed by operations
• Assist in the screening room / operating metal detectors, utilizing handheld wand
• Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner
• Respond to all emergencies
• Submit daily reports
• Enforce the Prohibited Items List and all company policies

• Friendly and positive demeanor
• Excellent communication skills via phone, radio, email, and messaging applications with all levels of personnel

Preferred Education, Experience and Licenses:

• Registered as security officer (SORA) - Not necessary but can be provided through company
• Experience in a similar role (5 years)

Physical Environment/Occupational Risks:

• Warehouse and Office Environment
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and must be able to stand and walk facility for 8 to 10 hours
