Certified Mobile Notary Service ( specializes in on-the-go notarial solutions, ensuring accessibility and reliability for our clients. We are currently seeking a trained Mobile Contract Witness to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Witness and notarize contracts remotely or on the go, verifying identities and applying official seals.

Administer oaths, certify copies, and guide clients through the notarization process.

Maintain accurate records of signings and IDs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High school diploma or equivalent; must clear a background check.
• Notary Public Certification obtained through state-specific education and exams.
• Experience in witnessing signings is beneficial.
• Understanding of relevant laws and standards.
• Familiarity with online tools for remote witnessing.
• Detail-oriented with meticulous procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
• Upholding ethical standards.
