Our client, a leader in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Mobile Device QA Engineer to join their team. Job Title: Mobile Device QA Engineer Location: Hybrid 4 days a week in office in Philadelphia, PA Pay Range: Competitive What's the Job?
- Develop, document, and revise test plans and procedures for software and hardware focused on wireless products.
- Manage the cross-functional bug reporting and resolution process, including software upgrades using OEM tools.
- Validate test results by executing regression test plans and perform ad-hoc random testing.
- Monitor customer-reported issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop test methods to enhance customer satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in product development and/or technology management roles, including 3+ years in mobile and/or wireless space.
- Strong knowledge of smartphones, Android and/or iOS operating systems, and mobile wireless telecommunications technology
