Job Title: Mobile Device Manager / Jamf Pro / Microsoft IntuneLocation: Parsippany, NJ 5 Onsite days a week.Duration: 6+ Months-Rate: $40-45/hr on W2 or $45-50/hr to Own Inc C2C or 1099- MAX

We need: Mid- Senior level mobile device manager with experience working to Administer and support Jamf (for Apple devices) and Microsoft Intune (for Windows/Android endpoints). Candidates will Manage the full lifecycle of mobile devices including provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and decommissioning. Solid understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows mobile operating systems as well as experience creating and managing device configuration profiles and compliance policies.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:• Manage the full lifecycle of mobile devices including provisioning, deployment, monitoring, and decommissioning.• Administer and support Jamf (for Apple devices) and Microsoft Intune (for Windows/Android endpoints).• Develop and enforce mobile device management (MDM) policies, security configurations, and compliance rules.• Collaborate with procurement to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely replenishment, and asset tagging of all mobile devices.• Serve as the primary escalation point for mobile device-related issues and coordinate resolution with support teams.• Maintain detailed documentation for mobile policies, asset inventory, and MDM system configurations.• Conduct regular audits to ensure device compliance and security standards are met.• Provide training or guidance to internal users regarding mobile policy adherence and functionality.• Monitor trends in mobile technology and recommend solutions to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:• 5+ years of experience managing mobile devices in a corporate environment.• Proficient with Jamf Pro and Microsoft Intune (required).• Solid understanding of iOS, Android, and Windows mobile operating systems.• Experience creating and managing device configuration profiles and compliance policies.• Strong documentation and asset management skills.• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.• Experience working with IT procurement or vendor management is a plus.• Ability to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ, Monday through Friday.
