Mobile Application Engineer - Android

What You'll Do:

• Lead the full development lifecycle of Android mobile applications.
• Design, develop, release, and maintain high-quality, scalable apps.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, Cloud Architects, QA teams, and hardware specialists to deliver top-tier user experiences.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold best practices in coding standards.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and drive innovative solutions.
• Optimize app performance for responsiveness and seamless user experiences.
• Shape the strategic vision and architecture of mobile app initiatives.

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on mobile app development experience.
• Proven track record with successful app releases.
• Expertise in Kotlin/Java (Android).
• Strong grasp of app architectures, UI/UX principles, and industry best practices.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to set best practices for remote global teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter).
• Backend development experience and API integration know-how.
• Experience with Jetpack Compose.
