ML/AI Engineer - Forward Deployed - Skale : Job Details

Join us as a Forward Deployed ML/AI Engineer!

We are seeking a talented and experienced Python engineer to architect and implement production LLM systems, including RAG, agents, and chatbots. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proficient in Python programming
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini APIs
• Demonstrated success in building production-grade agentic systems and RAG pipelines
• Familiarity with vector databases
• Expertise in LLM evaluations, observability, and non-deterministic testing
• Ability to engage directly with customers, including some on-site work

Bonus skills: Familiarity with Temporal, GCP, Terraform, PostHog, or experience in consulting.

This role is forward-deployed and requires leading discovery initiatives, building end-to-end solutions, and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
