How you will make contributions that matter... In accordance with SOPs and customers specifications, stage, weigh and record all batch ingredients. Mix and blend wet/dry ingredients in accordance with product mix/batch sheet specifications. Record all ingredient usage using location ERP system. Collect pre-blend and final product samples as required. Perform all required batch analytical testing. Report any product deviations to the department supervisor. Follow all allergen protocols. Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) in detail without deviation. Operate tanks, pumps and blend operations equipment. Perform equipment clean-up, CIP/ SIP operations.
