QwikResponse is seeking a Mitigation Project Director in Santa Barbara. The Mitigation Project Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of mitigation projects, including initial contact, customer communication, dispatch, on-site procedures, estimation, billing, and collections. This role is key in ensuring seamless execution, upholding safety and quality standards, and achieving client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Initial Contact: Oversee response to incoming calls, accurate lead detail entry into DASH, and timely assignment of leads to the Mitigation Team.
• Customer Communication & Dispatch: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, manage dispatch to project sites, and oversee recording of on-site activities in DASH.
• On-site Procedures: Ensure compliance with health and procedural agreements, supervise site preparation and mitigation processes, and oversee transition to reconstruction projects.
• Estimation & Billing: Collaborate with estimators for timely estimate delivery and manage invoice creation and distribution.
• Collections: Oversee payment follow-ups and collection strategies.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in DASH software and MICA Water Mitigation software
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of mitigation processes and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Qualifications
• Strong computer and software skills.
• IRCC certification or equivalent industry-standard certification.
• Work Environment
• This position involves a combination of office and field work, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
