Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities as the Mitigation Project ManagerPosition Summary/PurposeCreate high levels of customer satisfaction byexceeding their expectations and fulfilling the company's contractualobligations through the timely and profitable delivery of restoration services.Facilitate the timely and profitable delivery of all services required to rapidly return customer'sproperty to pre-loss condition, minimizing repairs, and downtime followingproperty damage.PrimaryDuties and Responsibilities
established targets for responding to and completing estimates on losses
relationships with vendors and subcontractors
- Meet or exceed profitability
targets on managed projects
projects to completion
contracts and payment terms for projects
accurate flow of production paperwork from the job site to administration
- Coordinate resource planning
of technicians, laborers, and subcontractors with scheduler
- Manage the tracking of equipment used on
company jobs
- Maintain market leadership through continuous implementation of state-of-the-art technology as
it pertains to the delivery of our services
- Coordinate estimates from subcontractors
- Knowledge of writing job estimates with Xactimate
- Manage the ordering of materials required for projects and coordinate delivery to job site
- Maintain effective communication with customers and all involved parties - including third-party
owners, building engineers, property managers, tenants, etc.

- Manage the maintenance of project files
- Attend and assist in conducting company meetings

- Management of the entire mitigation division including estimators, file manager, project managers and techs
Working Relationships and Scope
review and oversee job estimates
Manager in hiring and discharge of production division personnel
Marketing for follow-up and job evaluation with customers

Associate (2 year)degree or bachelor's (4 year) degree in business or construction managementa plus. Advanced knowledge of building construction, remodeling, orrestoration. Understands the relationship between direct labor andprofitability.Financial Reports andBudgetingUnderstandingof financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, andbudgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance, andidentify areas for improvement.Technical SkillsProficienttechnical skills, experience, and certification in the areas of service thecompany provides.Mathematical SkillsAdequatemath skills - Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work intomanpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor timereporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.Negotiation SkillsWinsby creating advocates, not enemies, when negotiating.Computer SkillsDemonstratesintermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computersoftware, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is aplus.Listening SkillsEffectivein receiving feedback and input from customers and employees, probing foradditional information or unspoken issues, and providing timely response.Certificates, Licenses,and RegistrationsIICRC certifications recommended.Physical DemandsThe physical demandsdescribed below are representative of those that must be met to successfullyperform the essential functions of this job. - The work of this position
is predominantly carried out in office, in shop or job site environment. Daily exposureto the shop where vehicles and equipment are housed and maintained is expected.Employee will encounter facilities where standing water and sewage are present,heat is unavailable due to lack of utilities, fire damage has occurred, andmold or other organic growth exists.

- Base Salary: $60,000-$65,000
