Position Summary The MIS Training & Support Analyst will be a key member of the Crete United team and support our new and existing partners as they navigate through use of our platform systems. This is an essential role on our training and support team and will work closely with system users, and our implementation, finance and accounting teams, to ensure a clean transition from legacy accounting systems to our new ERP (Viewpoint Spectrum) and field management system (BuildOps). They will lead the training of employees in accounting, operations and finance, following the Crete United Way, while also assisting with supporting partners through our Jira ticketing system. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic group within a fast-growing company. Key Deliverables

  • Training employees, answering questions, troubleshooting and resolving problems related to ERP
  • Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for ERP systems
Position RequirementsMinimum
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Communications or related discipline, or equivalent experience in end-user support
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Experience with Viewpoint Spectrum a PLUS (ERP System)
  • Experience with JIRA a PLUS (Ticketing Support System)
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Works independently and is a proactive problem solver
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to interface at various levels within the organization
  • Strong time management
  • 10% - 15% travel to support partner onsite for go live training and transition
  • Must be located in Charlotte, NC
