JOB SUMMARY FOR MINOR REVISION SPECIALIST:

Seeking a detail-oriented Minor Revision Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail, a deep understanding of branding standards, and proficiency in using Articulate Storyline and Rise. The specialist will be responsible for implementing minor updates and revisions to both Instructor Led Training (ILT) and eLearning content, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.

• Execute minor revisions and updates to existing ILTs and eLearn.
• Ensure all changes align with client branding guidelines and standards.
• Partner with business partners and subject matter experts to clarify revision needs and ensure content accuracy.
• Review and proofread content for grammar, formatting, and consistency.
• Maintain version control and documentation of revisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor technical issues within Articulate modules.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR MINOR REVISION SPECIALIST:

• Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and Rise is required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Familiarity with branding guidelines and visual design principles.
• Experience in eLearning, instructional design, or digital content development is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).

• Experience with accessibility standards in digital content.
