Liturgy Training Publications (LTP), a trusted leader in Catholic publishing and pastoral formation, is seeking a Ministry Training Coordinator to manage and implement our robust calendar of in-person and virtual workshops and events.

About the Role

As Ministry Training Coordinator, you will oversee the logistics and coordination of LTP's national training programs and workshops, including Ministry Enrichment Gatherings, the Essentials of Catholic Liturgy, virtual formation opportunities, and other contracted sessions. You'll work cross-departmentally to develop impactful programs, manage a team of presenters, and serve as a key ambassador of LTP at events and conferences nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all logistical details for LTP's training programs and contracted events
  • Develop and implement liturgical formation programs in collaboration with other departments
  • Train, manage, and evaluate a team of skilled in-person and virtual presenters
  • Present or facilitate select workshops when needed
  • Maintain and update event platforms (e.g., Adobe Connect, event landing pages)
  • Serve as a liaison to diocesan offices and external organizations
  • Represent LTP at conferences, including booth setup and travel
  • Ensure accurate materials, data, and records for all training events
  • Provide feedback on product development and editorial direction as part of the team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in theology, liturgy, pastoral ministry, education, or a related field
  • Deep understanding of Catholic liturgy and parish/diocesan life
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination, ministry, or educational programming
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Technological proficiency with platforms such as Adobe Connect, Microsoft PowerPoint, Zoom, SharePoint, and digital event tools
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting 35 lbs.; a valid driver's license and eligibility to rent a car are required with a willingness to travel

LTP offers a comprehensive total rewards package to include competitive compensation and benefit programs. Information about our benefit programs is available here . This position is an onsite role at our office in Chicago and has an annual salary range of $52,000 – $62,000. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on many factors including but not limited to: relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and organizational needs.
