Compensation: $19.25/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Support operations around the shaft elevator, feeders, conveyors, and screens, ensuring a clean and efficient working area.
• Operate various mobile support equipment, including forklifts and trucks, and support production panels as needed.
• Conduct routine tasks to maintain equipment functionality and reliability.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures diligently.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete other assigned tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50lbs and working in varied conditions.
• Willingness to work in elevated areas and adapt to changing work environments.
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma/GED or a minimum of two years relevant experience.
• Capability to work underground in a mining setting.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and pass required physical tests.
• Must meet fit test requirements for working under oxygen.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills.
• Experience in production roles.
• Heavy or commercial construction experience.
• Previous experience in a mining environment.
