Key Responsibilities of a Financial Coach:

  • Act as a personal coach for military families, developing adaptable financial plans that address both short-term and long-term goals.
  • Assist families with daily financial management, asset building, and risk protection.
  • Engage with the community to attract new clients, supported by our local district teams and Home Office.
  • Partner with local military organizations, units, and institutions to connect with the military community.
  • Guide clients in creating comprehensive financial plans covering:
    • Savings and banking
    • Investments and wealth management
    • Insurance and risk management

What We Offer:

  • A comprehensive training program tailored for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to build a successful Financial Coach career.
  • Full sponsorship for licensing, including preparation for the SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
  • A structured path to becoming a Financial Coach, starting with an initial hourly wage, transitioning to a salaried position with performance-based incentives.
  • During your nine-month training, compensation ranges from $31,550 to $49,300, varying by state.

Post-Training Opportunities:

  • Post-training, you may become an independent contractor Financial Coach, controlling your career growth and earnings potential.
  • No earning cap: Compensation is commission-based, along with bonuses and benefits reflecting your performance. The average earnings in the first year as an independent contractor can range significantly, with median earnings of $115,740 in years 2-5.
