Military Dental Assistant - DOCS Health : Job Details

Are you a dedicated Dental Assistant looking to make a difference? Join us in providing essential dental services to our Military Service members, ensuring their health readiness for deployment. This position involves working primarily on weekends, with some occasional weekdays, in a mobile environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform dental exams and treatments, as well as take X-rays.
• Administer digital X-Rays (BW & PANO).
• Ensure sterilization of dental instruments.
• Support the dental team in a mobile clinic setting.

Requirements:

• Active Dental Assistant Certification (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA).
• Active Radiology Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in four-handed chair-side assisting.
• Proven experience with instrument sterilization.
• Familiarity with basic administrative functions.
• Experience working with military personnel is preferred.
• Proficient in computer programs.
• Must be available to work weekends.
