Job Summary:

Burtch Works is a leading global organization focused on leveraging data-driven pricing strategies for market optimization. The Pricing Analytics Manager will develop and execute pricing strategies, analyze competitive trends, and optimize pricing models using statistical methods while collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Pricing Strategy Development: Develop and execute pricing strategies using internal and external data, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.

• Advanced Analytics: Utilize SAS (must be a very strong SAS Programmer), SQL, and modern statistical methods to develop and deploy pricing analytics.

• Process Optimization: Streamline pricing processes, improve reporting protocols, and enhance analytics capabilities to drive efficiency and accuracy.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior management, finance, marketing, and business units to align pricing strategies with overall company objectives.

• Problem-Solving: Address complex pricing challenges by applying advanced analytical techniques and developing actionable insights.

• People Management: Will manage a direct report or two after 18 months

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Marketing Analytics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

• 4-8 years of recent SAS programming experience, and some SQL skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in pricing analytics is a plus, but not required.

• People management a plus, but not required.

• Strong understanding of financials, pricing structures, and P&L management a plus not required.

• SAS certifications a + but not required.
