Hinshaw & Culbertson, a leading national law firm, is seeking an attorney with 2-4 years of experience to join the Consumer Financial Services practice in its New York office. This position is an exceptional opportunity for candidates seeking a high level of responsibility in state and federal court matters defending financial institutions in single-plaintiff litigation and appeals. Ideal candidates will have financial services, contested foreclosure, and/or New York commercial litigation experience, and well as strong writing and communication skills. New York bar admission is required and New Jersey bar admission is a plus.

Salary Range: Estimated $140,000 to $155,000. This estimated salary range is specifically for those applicants who will perform work in New York City if selected for the role and is not applicable to other locations. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary range, market data, applicant skills, relevant experience, degrees, or certifications.
