ODRG is seeking an accomplished Solution Architect (SA) to join our dedicated team, that has the opportunity to contribute to groundbreaking projects and play a pivotal role in advancing security cooperation. As the SA you will lead the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft-based systems critical to the agency's mission. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the infrastructure that empowers the government's security cooperation (SC) initiatives to coordinate Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and the training of DoD team members engaging in FMS, collaborate with cross-functional teams and government leaders to deliver innovative solutions. In addition, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, etc.) This role focuses on architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that enhance business efficiency and digital transformation efforts.

Specific anticipated services performed under this core position shall include but is not limited to:

Architectural Design and Documentation:

• Lead the design of complex architectures and applications, adhering to industry best practices.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation, system hardware specifications, and design strategies.
• Ensure robust configuration management and version control practices.

Enterprise Microsoft Solutions:

• Provide technical leadership in planning, designing, and implementing enterprise-level MS Power Platform solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data analysis, modeling, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure seamless integration of solutions with existing systems.

Agency Policy and Enterprise Alignment:

• Coordinate with Government Agency IT leads to ensure adherence to its policy and alignment with enterprise strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Experience implementing Power Platform governance, security models, and compliance controls

Technical Leadership:

• Serve as the technical SME (Subject Matter Expert) for Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Platform, Office 365 and related Azure capabilities
• Develop enterprise-grade applications, automated workflows, and business intelligence dashboards that enhance operational efficiency
• Enable seamless data exchange between Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs
• Develop comprehensive documentation, design strategies, and hardware specifications.
• Support the planning, design, and implementation of enterprise solutions.
• Ensure compliance with the agency policy and alignment with enterprise strategies.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with subject matter experts.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree or higher (or Bachelor's degree with additional years of experience) in Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 4+ years focused on Power Platform architecture and development
• Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse & strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integrations
• Proven IT architecting experience, including strong documentation and configuration management skills.

Security Clearance Requirements:
