Mgr Tech Assurance Bluffton - Hershey : Job Details

Responsible for facilitation and/or implementation of capital and process improvement projects to resolve equipment problems, save costs, or improve effectiveness. In addition, the Manager, Tech Assurance: Responsible for the development and planning for such projects, including setting and adhering to timelines, budgeting, ROI, etc. Coordination of activities and resources, including internal resources and outside contractors Assist with troubleshooting and root cause analysis of mechanical and electrical problems with equipment Assist the Maintenance site manager on safe operating practices Assist with the plant floor for improved equipment efficiency and uptime Assist with safety committee improvements Manage equipment improvements that directly affect efficiencies and reliability Improve planning for training needs and compliance Provide analysis of equipment reliability and recommendation of rebuild or replacement Keep equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair s...Assurance, Tech, Mechanical, Technician, Operations, Equipment, Business Services
