Manager, Product Management Engineering

TE Connectivity in Winston-Salem, NC is looking for a Manager, Product Management Engineering to oversee the design, product lifecycle, development, production, testing, and delivery of manufacturing products. The role involves building alignment across multiple functions within the organization, ensuring adherence to quality standards, conducting quality assessments, and finalizing product enhancements.

The manager will also lead the cost estimation team, provide guidance, and work cross-functionally on activities including financial analysis for new business opportunities, VAVE activities, localization, internalization, and other ad-hoc analyses to support the Auto Americas BU. Developing costing strategies, evaluating scenarios to support BU objectives, and representing the Finance and Cost Engineering department at meetings are key responsibilities.

Additional duties include managing software tools like FACTON, preparing financial reports, interacting with teams such as Engineering, Procurement, and Project Management, and training team members. The role requires developing product roadmaps aligned with industry trends and customer needs, setting priorities, and managing implementation with multiple stakeholders.

Requirements

Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 3 years of experience in the role or a related occupation.
