Job Description :
The Manager of the Patient and Family Advisory Program works with internal and external parties to organize the various components required to initiate, run and oversee projects and initiatives related to the Patient and Family Advisory Program/ Council, and the Patient Library Welcome Centers. The Manager is responsible for the management of these areas and performs all duties required. Responsibilities: staff management, project development, budgetary/contract management, management of the Patient Advisory Council. The manager is also responsible for collaborating with Strategic Marketing, Communications, Research and IT regarding the development of communications to patients within the scope of these programs. Responsibilities: Recruiting and overseeing the activities of patient and family advisors. Assigning advisors to various hospital committees and seeking follow-up regarding participation.
