Job Description :

Lead the Security Operations function to ensure continuous monitoring, detection, and rapid response to cyber threats, safeguarding the organization's technology environment and critical assets.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage, lead, and develop a professional security operations staff, defining vision, operating mode, tooling strategy, and structure.
  • Establish and scale the Security Operations function, including team structure and operational models.
  • Lead implementation and daily operation of core security monitoring tools such as SIEM, EDR, and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Manage the Security Operations Center (SOC), overseeing incident detection, triage, investigation, and escalation.
  • Develop and maintain operational playbooks and automation to enhance threat detection and response.
  • Drive continuous improvement through threat hunting, analytics, and incident trend analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
    • QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
    • At least five (5) years of systems development experience, including programming and project leadership, in mainframe and client/server environments.
    • Proven experience managing SOC operations and security monitoring platforms.
    • Strong knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies relevant to freight and logistics sectors.
    • Experience with cloud security, EDR, network security, and threat intelligence.
    • Leadership and team management skills.
    • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize demands.
    JOB CONDITIONS:
