The In-Plant Solutions Manager primarily manages In-Plant on-site Inside Sales Executives across 15-25 locations and supports senior leadership with strategy development and execution. Key competencies include associate skill development, onboarding, goal setting, supply chain practices, and customer service. Sales and profitability goals are aligned with regional and company expectations to help the team meet annual targets.

• Provide leadership and technical guidance to In-Plant associates, including supervision, mentoring, and supply chain support.
• Develop and implement MSC In-Plant Solutions Program goals and training materials.
• Address complex technical business issues requiring industry expertise.
• Ensure growth and profitability of each customer location to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Support In-Plant locations as needed and create operational procedures and schedules.
• Train associates on tools and solutions, onboard new team members, and communicate regularly with leadership and clients.
• Manage client relationships, identify opportunities for expanded spend, and participate in business reviews.
• Audit operations, review reports, and continuously improve SOPs.
• Handle all managerial duties, including hiring, reviews, and development, and promote MSC culture.
• Participate in special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in business or supply chain-related field and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience without a degree.
• Minimum 3 years managerial experience preferred.

• Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with multiple management software programs.
• Motivated, team-oriented, and knowledgeable about the industrial and manufacturing segments.

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Potential access to ITAR and/or CUI information.

Compensation ranges from $96,740 to $138,200, depending on experience. MSC offers a comprehensive benefits package, professional development, and a supportive work environment focused on diversity and inclusion.
