Metering Welder- 2nd Shift - Eaton Corporation, plc : Job Details

As a Welder you will be responsible for welding assemblies and components using welding equipment. You will interpret drawings and shop orders to perform welding operations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. Set up, understand and proficiently operate all welding equipment. Troubleshoot various and appropriate machine problems. ID and tag product with shop orders. Retrieve/enter data into system. Ensure quality and proper documentation on all parts. Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently. Weld components based on print specifications. Perform 5 S & Continuous Improvement activities. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications:Basic (Required) Qualifications:High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
