Meter Reader - City of Midland Texas : Job Details

Reports broken meters, meter lids, meter boxes and straits. Essential Job Duties Reads water meters to bill customers. Rereads meters as necessary. Reports water leaks. Reports the need for new meter boxes for those that have deteriorated or been stolen. Completes related work orders. Performs specialized technical aspects related to reading meters. Maintains equipment and vehicle in good working condition. Provides back-up support to other staff. Performs other related duties as assigned.
