Metal Fabricator Apprentice - Wisconsin Staffing : Job Details

Do you already have metal fabrication experience? Are you looking for a way to get into a metal fabrication shop? You will be working in a climate controlled manufacturing to assist with operating a variety of high-end metal fabrication machinery including CNC Lasers, press brakes, waterjets, and saws. Job duties may include: setting up machinery, adjusting speed and feed rates, adjusting and writing new programs, and completing basic maintenance on fabrication machinery. Down the line, we would be open to training someone how to weld as well in addition to running various CNC machinery.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of machine operating preferred (Brake Press, CNC, laser, saws, and other metal fab experience preferred)
• Experience working with blueprints or measurements required
• Experience using power tools required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
