**Merchandiser (Part-time; Bethlehem, PA)**

**Position Summary**

The Retail Merchandiser will be traveling to various store locations for our direct accounts to ensure that our retail displays are well-stocked andpresentable. This is a part-time position that provides the employee with the flexibility to travel and not be constrained to one office location. Weekend availability is expected.

Ideal candidates will have previous retail merchandising experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and be physically capable of stocking our product. **This individual is responsible for covering multiple stores in Bethlehem, PA** **and should ideally live in that area.**

**Essential Job Functions**

* Responsible to monitor grocery, supermarket, big-box, and/or convenience store accounts for proper product rotation.

* Notify Field Service Supervisor about any changes regarding market conditions and equipment breakdowns when requested or observed.

* Responsible to stock shelves at customer locations, as necessary.

* Provide market condition information upon request or when observation dictates it

* Works effectively with department and cross-functional teams to define and implement process improvements that provide value to the customer

* Perform all other duties as assigned

**Minimum Position Qualifications**

* High School diploma or equivalent

* At least one (1) year of experience related to retail merchandising, store associate, external sales, etc.

* Ability to work on individual and team basis without direct oversight from supervisor.

* Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50-pounds throughout a scheduled workday

* Reliable transportation to store locations throughout scheduled workday

* Candidates must own a smart device (phone or tablet) capable of hosting certain software applications.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook and Excel
