We are seeking a skilled MEP Building Superintendent to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction projects in Buffalo, NY. As the MEP Building Superintendent, you will oversee field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Job Description:

• Manage daily on-site activities for MEP building projects in Buffalo, NY.
• Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and site staff to maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local codes and regulations.
• Coordinate schedules and resources to meet project milestones.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress to project management.
• Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize delays.
• Foster strong communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The Successful Applicant:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as an MEP Building Superintendent or related role.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in commercial construction.
• Proven track record managing MEP projects in Buffalo, NY or similar markets.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with construction management and scheduling software.
• OSHA 30-hour or equivalent safety certification preferred.
