Mental Health Worker II - Community Health Systems : Job Details

The Mental Health Worker II provides direct and supportive care to patients with behavioral health needs under the supervision of licensed clinical staff. This role assists with activities of daily living, monitors patient behavior and safety, and supports therapeutic interventions.
