Are you ready to be part of a team dedicated to transforming our community's mental health landscape? We're looking for candidates who embody:
Master's degree in community mental health counseling or related field from an accredited institution
Current unrestricted Texas state clinical licensure (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Experience with clinical documentation including treatment plans and case notes
Commitment to continuous learning and professional excellence
Dedication to exceptional client care and practice representation
Strong team orientation and collaborative spirit
Strong communication skills who values transparency and agency
Evidence-based treatment approach
Proficiency with technology, including EHR systems, AI, and Google Suite
Working Conditions:
Hybrid work model combining in-person and telehealth sessions
Caseload of 25-30 clients per week
Competitive W2 fee for service compensation ranging from $55 to $75 per session depending on experience
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
Strong foundation in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Passion for treating anxiety-spectrum disorders including PTSD, OCD, and various anxiety presentations
Valued experience: neurodivergent individuals (autism, ADHD, dyslexia), understanding their strengths, challenges, and communication
Dedication to continuous learning, personal growth, and deep understanding, alongside a profound commitment to cultural humility
Mission to restore individuals to a sense of empowerment through genuine desire to support them through emotional challenges
Thorough understanding of and commitment to complying with HIPAA and confidentiality protocols
Strong clinical empathy and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated compliance with professional ethics and regulatory requirements
Proven experience in diagnosis and treatment planning
Capability to conduct individual and group sessions across your preferred age groups
