Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Variety Therapist to join our team in Wynne, AR. In this role, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, assess client needs, and develop tailored treatment plans that support lasting progress. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, deliver crisis intervention when needed, and ensure all documentation meets professional and regulatory standards. Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Assess mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.

• Participate in staff meetings, case reviews, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering individual, family, and group therapy.
• Strong assessment and treatment planning skills.

• Experience in crisis intervention.
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Current licensure in the field of mental health (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
• Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field.
