Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 annually
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Mental Health Therapist with deep expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help design and deliver a new, specialized OCD treatment program. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in an underserved area and shape a program from the ground up.
You'll work directly with clients while also playing a lead role in building the clinical framework for our OCD services—collaborating closely with leadership to establish best practices and treatment protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct clinical services to individuals with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and related anxiety disorders using evidence-based approaches, primarily CBT and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
- Participate in the design and development of our OCD treatment program, including curriculum, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate with clinical leadership and fellow therapists to ensure quality and consistency of care.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing program development discussions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Must have the ability to become licensed in the state of Michigan (e.g., LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP or higher). Full licensure is not required at time of hire.
- Extensive training and experience in CBT is required.
- Prior experience treating OCD and/or anxiety disorders strongly preferred.
- Experience in program development or clinical leadership is a plus.
