• Provide individual, group and family therapy services.
• Through the therapeutic relationship, help clients identify treatment issues, define goals, plan action and gain insight
• Make referrals to other support services when in best interest of client of their family
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients' needs
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care
• Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in mental health

Qualifications

• Specified Master's degree in social work or related field required, license (or licensable) in social work or related field.
• Previous experience in the clinical field and working with at-risk youth preferred.
