Job Summary: As our Full-Time Mental Health Therapist at our Village Transitional Housing, you'll be the beacon of support for adults facing mental health challenges residing within the Village. Within this setting, you'll provide vital mental health services where they're needed most. Qualifications:
  • Qualified candidates should have a Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or Marriage & Family Therapy (or the equivalent).
  • Registered Intern with the State of Florida OR eligible to obtain Registered Intern status within 90 days of position appointment.
  • Licensed therapist preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred.
  • Minimum of two years' experience working with high mental health, high psych, trauma, and unhoused population with substance misuse issues.
Key Responsibilities:
  • ORGANIZATION CULTURE: Promote the mission, values and vision of Community Partners of South Florida.
  • TEAM PLAYER: Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • SUPPORTING CLIENTS: Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy to children and families in adherence with the treatment plan.
  • OUTREACH: Act as a liaison and appropriate representative for the agency with outside social service agencies, schools, and other organizations.
  • BILLABLES: Provide a minimum of 25 billable client services per week OR as outlined in training plan during onboarding period.
  • DOCUMENTATION: Utilize collaborative documentation during therapy sessions and assessments with children, adolescents, and families.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Compensation: $52,000 annually.
