Work Environment: Hybrid

Make a Real Impact – With Flexibility and Competitive Pay

A well-established, mission-driven outpatient mental health clinic in Queens is seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT) to join its dedicated and inclusive team. This hybrid position offers meaningful clinical work, a flexible schedule, and compensation that exceeds standard fee-for-service rates in New York City.

Therapists will serve a diverse range of clients — including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families — with opportunities to specialize in areas such as trauma, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, justice-involved populations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical intakes, risk assessments (e.g., CSSRS), and psychosocial evaluations
  • Deliver individual, couples, family, group, and crisis counseling
  • Collaborate with prescribers and clinical team members on treatment planning
  • Maintain timely documentation using an electronic health record (EHR) system
  • Use clinical screening tools (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7) to guide care
  • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and supervision
  • Report mandated incidents and uphold client safety standards

What We're Looking For:

  • Active NYS license as LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (required)
  • Experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan
  • Training or background in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and EHR systems
  • Bilingual Spanish or Bengali speakers are strongly encouraged to apply
  • Reliable, empathetic, and organized professionals committed to mental health equity

Why Join Us?

  • Hybrid schedule with remote and in-office flexibility
  • Clinical variety with opportunities for specialization
  • Supportive supervision and ongoing professional development
  • Inclusive, community-focused practice culture
  • Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Schedule Expectations:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours/week
  • Evening shifts (12–8 PM or 1–9 PM) and/or Saturdays are highly valued
  • In-person sessions held in Forest Hills or Jackson Heights locations
