Mental Health Therapist - Flexible (Remote) with Headway. This role supports expanding mental health care access by partnering with insurance networks to serve diverse client needs effectively. Licensed Mental Health Therapist provides licensed counseling services, supporting clients through private practice by accepting insurance to increase accessibility and earnings. The position focuses on professional compliance, practice management using integrated EHR tools, and ongoing education.

• Launch or grow a private practice by accepting insurance and serving insured clients.
• Provide high-quality mental health counseling in a private practice setting.
• Manage practice operations with integrated electronic health record (EHR) tools and maintain professional compliance.
• Collaborate with Headway and insurance networks to increase access to care.
• Maintain continuing education to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry standards.

• Fully licensed Mental Health Therapist at Masters level or above with one of the following licensure types accepted (state-by-state basis): LMHC, LPC-MH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW.
• Valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
• Willingness to launch a private practice or expand an existing practice by accepting insurance.

• Access to Headways nationwide insurance network with potential for higher rates.
• Stable, predictable bi-weekly payments.
