Mental Health Therapist

Position Overview:
Join a compassionate and collaborative behavioral health team focused on providing trauma-informed care to diverse populations. This role offers the opportunity to lead therapy sessions, make a meaningful community impact, and work closely with patients, families, and healthcare partners to support mental wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family psychotherapy
- Conduct assessments and create patient-centered treatment plans
- Collaborate with providers, families, and community resources
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Offer education on therapeutic activities and available resources
- Support direct patient care and assist with staff training
- Lead outreach and education efforts in the community
- Serve as a clinical resource for trauma and personality disorders
- Participate in care planning, case reviews, and coordination
- Perform other duties as assigned
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Master's Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling)
- Active Texas license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Trauma experience
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional mental health experience
- Experience with elderly populations
- Background in domestic violence support
