This role involves facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting clients in their recovery journey.Key Responsibilities: Provide direct mental health services, including individual and group therapy, as well as assessments. Collaborate with Alcohol and Drug Counselors to identify and treat mental health and psychosocial concerns. Support Recovery Tech staff by utilizing de-escalation techniques to assist clients in crisis. Identify at-risk clients and develop intervention plans to prevent further psychological or physical decline. Evaluate and adjust client care plans in coordination with the clinical team. Educate clients, families, and staff on mental health care, prevention strategies, and treatment enhancement techniques. Attend weekly multidisciplinary meetings to coordinate client care. Complete all required documentation on time, maintaining compliance. Perform other duties as assigned.What We're Looking For: Strong clinical skills with experience in individual and group therapy. Current state licensure as a Psychiatric Nurse, Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), LPC, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Must know and understand the implication of Minnesota Statute 245G, and Minnesota Statutes 245A (Human Services Licensing Act-HSLA), and sections 626.556 (Maltreatment of Minors Act-MOMA), 626.557 (Vulnerable Adult Act-VAA), and 626.5572 (VAA definitions).
