Mental Health Counselor - Hastings College : Job Details

Hastings College is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Mental Health Counselor to join our Student Engagement team. This full-time position is dedicated to supporting the emotional and psychological well-being of our diverse student body. The counselor provides direct clinical services, crisis intervention, and proactive mental health programming that contributes to a thriving campus environment. During June and July, you are required to regularly check email and attend meetings as assigned by the supervisor; however, you are not required to report to the office daily. Key Responsibilities:Provide individual and group counseling services for students with a wide range of mental health concerns. Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments to guide treatment planning.
