Key Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, develop, and lead the operations of the Memory Care Department. - Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws, as well as Grand Villa's standards and guidelines. - Foster a caring and supportive environment for residents with dementia and their families. - Collaborate with staff to implement individualized care plans for residents. - Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to residents. - Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills in memory care. - Engage with families and the community to promote awareness and understanding of dementia care.
