When You Come To Work You'll
- Tour potential members through the club and describe the facility, equipment, services, and amenities that directly tie back to their individual fitness needs and goals.
- Ensure all guests are registered and entered into the system.
- Communicate membership and fitness offers clearly using Company provided presentation tools.
- Sign up guests using Company sales techniques and protocol.
- Adhere to Membership Agreement Procedures when enrolling members and guests.
- On-board new members and assist with retention activities to drive profitability.
- Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
- Generate leads externally and internally through community outreach, promotions, referrals, and guest passes.
- Set appointments for leads and new business opportunities.
- Partner with Membership Sales Manager to provide a member-centric experience.
- Engage members with fitness offerings including personal training, classes, and digital content.
- Maintain relationships with members and serve as a resource for their questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean, friendly, and well-maintained club environment.
- Help new members feel comfortable in the club.

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs., stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, maintain professionalism, and wear a clean uniform.
