Position Summary

Anytime Fitness Wyndham Vale is looking for a full-time Membership Consultant to join our team of experts.

As a Membership Consultant, you are an integral part of everything we do and are critical for member engagement and day-to-day operations of the club. From making potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step in, to genuinely caring about their health and fitness journey, and maintaining club operations.

Your success is important to us. You will work closely with the Club Manager to develop, upskill, and become part of our long-term vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the club is clean, safe, and operating efficiently daily
• Calling potential members
• Servicing potential, new, and current members
• Meeting team targets and striving for continual improvement
• Building rapport and generating leads for Personal Trainers
• Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and members
• Assisting the Club Manager

Qualifications and Experience

• First Aid and CPR certifications
• Working with Children Check and Police Check
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• Proactive with the ability to offer opinions, feedback, and new ideas
• Taking initiative and responsibility
• Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine desire to help others
• Availability mornings and evenings
