In the role of a Member Support Representative, the main functions of this role would be to assist members and potential members with their telephone requests by explaining services, directing phone calls and responding to problems and questions. Job Category: Full Time, Part Time | Contract to Hire. Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, with rotating Saturday's 8:00 am - 1:00 pm. Compensation: $17/hr.
