Member Services Associate - Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System : Job Details

The Member Service Associate would be responsible for supervising the Exercise Floor at the Heart Wellness Program during the hours of 5-8 Monday - Thursday.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Experience

• N/A

License/Registration/Certifications

• Certification in BLS

Preferred Requirements

• One year in college

Core Job Responsibilities

• Demonstrate complete knowledge of emergency and safety procedures including the use of the facility paging system and confidence in calling EMS.
• Work towards departmental and organizational goals.
• Continue to provide customer service while assisting multiple people with various needs.
• Oversee activities of the front desk during closing hours: Answering phones, guest registration, guest/member check in.
• Demonstrate knowledge in the check in software.
• Be able to conduct a tour of the facility.
• Must be able to stand for 3 hours at a time.
• Has complete knowledge of the facility.
• Other Duties As Assigned
