The actual posting represents a position at one of our clients.Job Summary As a Member Services Associate at our client, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with members over various communication channels including messaging, live chat, and phone. Your primary responsibilities will focus on answering inquiries related to our fertility managed services, providing assistance with Maven Wallet payment issues, and ensuring high member satisfaction.Key Responsibilities Engaging with members over messaging, live chat, and phones, with a focus on outbound communication as needed. Answering non-complex inquiries related to fertility managed services benefits and member satisfaction. Handling Maven Wallet and payment-related member issues. Assisting members in submitting relevant documentation for reimbursement requests. Processing member-submitted receipts for Maven Wallet reimbursements. Translating materials for processing international Wallet reimbursement requests. Maintaining member-facing program overviews and internal resources. Triaging Maven Wallet queries to ensure swift service and response times. Providing general support on common Maven Wallet issues. Assisting with operational tasks related to Maven Wallet as needed. Supporting frontline staff with questions about payments and fertility benefits navigation. Handling member-reported issues, offering initial responses, and triaging per the member experience framework.Qualifications 1-2 years of member-facing experience in fertility benefits, healthcare, financial services, or claims support. Meticulous attention to detail and strong customer service orientation. High degree of empathy when managing sensitive topics. Proficient in Google Workspace tools. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Strong organizational skills, with proficiency in multi-tasking and time management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications Previous experience managing payments. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
