Providing excellent member service. Advising members of products and services that could help enrich their financial lives while promoting a positive work culture. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Provide top notch member service (listen, provide resolution to problems, while presenting a positive attitude, by being friendly and responsive)
- Comply with all credit union policies and procedures, including but not limited to Reg CC (BSA, Check Holds, OFAC and CIP)
- Process routine account transactions accurately at a teller station, drive thru, and via electronic channels including but on limited to deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, check cashing, transfers, WIRES, and ancillary product purchases.
- Cash handling
- Address member concerns and help resolve any issues to the best of one's ability escalating issues to management if need be
- Promote and educate members on credit union products and services
- Report Suspicious Activity (SAR)
- Follow fraud guidelines
- Balancing your drawer throughout your shift and report any discrepancies immediately to your supervisor.
- Upholding confidentiality and ethics
- Work as a team with other member service representatives to complete daily tasks as assigned, demonstrating respect and professionalism, and being prompt and supporting management with special requests as needed.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English, both orally, and in writing both in person and via electronic channels
- Ability to receive information and hear sounds at normal speaking levels under normal conditions in an office setting
- Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal screen, and extensive reading
- Sufficient manual skill for operation of a computer, keyboard, and other standard office equipment
- Ability to travel to other locations to provide coverage if needed as well as for training
- Ability to sit or stand for extended time periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects on an occasional basis.
Salary Description $16.00-$18.00 per hour
