Member Relationship Representative - CFCU Community Credit Union : Job Details

Beginnings Credit Union (Beginnings) is in search of an experienced Member Relationship Representative. This individual will develop and deepen relationships with new and existing members by providing exemplary service and will proactively determine member needs with delivering transactional, educational, and cross-sale solutions. The ideal candidate will understand and accurately execute policies and procedures related to, but not limited to, consumer, business, and special accounts. Requirements & Responsibilities:Assist members and potential members with their financial needs by promoting and selling Beginnings deposit products and services. Identify cross-sell opportunities and cross-sell Beginnings deposit and lending products and services to our members through various means of communication (in person, telephone, email). Make qualified referrals to Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Lending as appropriateSupport and fill in on the teller line as needed.
